We sometimes hear, “I can get this at Ralphs for $1,” or “I’ve seen something similar somewhere else for less.”

And that’s completely fair! There will always be cheaper options, and we understand that everyone’s budget is different.

But comparing the price of a product at a grocery store or large corporation to the price of something made by a small business isn’t always an apples-to-apples comparison.

When you purchase from Recovery Zone, you’re not simply paying for the ingredients in a cup.

You’re paying for fresh ingredients, preparation, equipment, rent, utilities, supplies, employee wages, business expenses, credit card fees, insurance, permits, maintenance, and all of the other costs that come with operating a small business. (Not to mention the convenience of what you need right here!)

We also put time and care into what we make. Our products are prepared for you, customized to your preferences, and served by people who are right here in your community.

A large corporation or grocery store can purchase products at an enormous scale and distribute those costs across thousands of locations and millions of customers.

We can’t.

And that’s okay.

Our prices allow us to pay our team, maintain our equipment, keep quality ingredients available, continue improving Recovery Zone, and ultimately keep our doors open.

We would rather be transparent about that than pretend that running a small business costs the same as operating a massive corporation.
